Returns & Exchanges

At Rhoback, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and confident in your gear, whether you are on the course or on the go.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completing the request.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in the original mailer or a secure box, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
